Pina Colada Protein bars

zDuring cold winter mornings in Kenya i really struggle getting up early so i can get to the gym. I have no motivation and always want to stay in bed for 5 more minutes. My 5 more minutes becomes 10 more minutes then 30 more minutes and before you know it, its 9am.

I want to look for something that will keep me on track and keep me going through the cold season and whats better than protein bars to kick start my morning and satisfy my sweet tooth so i don’t get any cravings though out the day.
